Camp Camp AU camp-swap EXCEPT instead of just switching around the camps the *types* are switched around. "But GhostBunnie the flowerscouts and woodscouts are practically the same type" NAUURRRUH UH even though they both have badge systems there's a key difference between bootcamp and practically kiddie country club.

Just a silly piece of fanart as an apology for that horrific one prior. 😅

While making this, I kept wondering where the adult Woodscouts counselors are. I find it concerning that Pikeman who's presumably 16 at best or 13 at worst (because I don't know how boy scout seniority works and Pikeman looks so young), is left alone to manage a camp with his troop? That doesn't look fair.

Anyway, I decided to keep his badges but changed his uniform to that of a regular woodscout. I also added some bandages from light injuries since he's not the leader in this AU, he'll be doing his own manual labor instead of ordering Petrol or Snake to help him. I also think he'd have a better role model in Jasper so being an absolute dick is out of the question . :)

Also two versions of Jasper, do y'all like him squeaky clean or a little scruffy?

Tabrin Week Day 4: Alternate Universe

I've had an au bouncing around my mind for a year or two now! maybe more! a dance au! camp campbell is a dance camp w three different dancing styles, and the flower scouts n woodscouts r rival dance studios

We at least have a working out house this time.. hopefully"

David is trying his best okay, He's basically become the emotional punching bag at this camp! He even hates that he had to abandon being a camp campbell counselor just to join a different camp to be a counselor there too. (The tags have more info if you are interested)

Day 3: Angst

Cut thing because this post got a little long

Other stuff I didn't have room for on the paper:

-Cries a lot (often Max's fault)

-Probably still hangs out with Ered, but the dynamic would be pretty different since she's a little younger than her now and has a different personality.

-Always wearing that gray cardigan*

-Unlike CIT Ross, she only wants to leave Camp Campbell for like the first day because she wants to go find Lynn. Once she realizes the whole situation she stays willingly and doesn't spend 2 whole seasons being a bitter hostage.

Basically the setup for her story is the same but she's 13 instead of 17 when the Woodscouts overtake Camp Lilac. She gets thrown out for being a girl and ends up at Camp Campbell. Her friend Lynn was taken into the Woodscouts because he's a boy, and she wants to save him. At first, she just wants to contact the police, but she pretty quickly learns they're no help when it comes to the Woodscouts, so if she ever wants to get Lynn back she'll have to find a way to save him herself. Since she's a missing child, if she goes to the police they'll just take her home without Lynn, so she lays low at Camp Campbell for the summer, not wanting to leave without her friend.

*That Gray Cardigan: one of the staples of this blog in the early days. based on a real cardigan I actually had when I was 14, which I wore every day because I was afraid of wearing anything too flashy. It didn't disappear from Ross's design until I revamped him entirely and gave him the Woodscout lore (it still appears in depictions of him pre-camp campbell, not that there have been any of those recently, except for in the Spooky Island Comic where Lynn has stolen it)
